We answer calls Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Friday and Saturday are by appointment, and we’re closed Sunday.

Check in. Our front desk greets you and confirms your forms and insurance.

X-rays. We take digital X-rays to see what’s below the gum line.

Exam. Dr. Chan checks your teeth, gums, and bite.

A plain talk with Dr. Chan. He shows you what he sees and answers your questions. No lectures and no pressure.

Leave with a clear plan. You see your options, what’s urgent and what can wait, and the real cost before you agree to anything.

Dr. Jeremy Chan, DDS
Born and raised in Phoenix. DDS from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at University of the Pacific. Residency at El Rio Community Health Center in Tucson. Arizona License 10020. Vivos-certified for obstructive sleep apnea and TMJ.

Do you take my insurance?
We’re in network with most PPO plans. Our team can check your benefits before your visit and walk you through what your plan may cover. No insurance? We offer CareCredit financing and in-house membership plans. See your payment options and forms.
What will my first visit cost?
New patients without insurance get an exam, cleaning, and X-rays for $125. With insurance, your cost depends on your plan, and we’ll go over it with you. You always see the price before any treatment starts. Try our dental cost estimator for an upfront estimate.
I get nervous at the dentist. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us when we call, and we’ll slow things down and explain each step before we start. You set the pace. For patients who want more comfort, ask about sedation dentistry options.
Do you see kids?
Yes. We welcome new patients ages 4 and up, so the whole family can see one dentist. Dr. Chan offers gentle care for kids and teens. Learn more about our general dentistry for every age.
