They were able to provide fillings to several chipped teeth with short notice while visiting Phoenix from out of country. Born and raised in Phoenix, AZ, Dr. Jeremy Chan graduated from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. After completing residency at the El Rio Community Health Center in Tucson, Dr. Chan returned to the Phoenix metropolitan area to practice dentistry in the community he’s always called home.
